I am an RN who began my career as an emergency room and ICU nurse. I am currently a school nurse. I have always been passionate about helping and educating others. I am currently on the NAMI Queens/Nassau Board and the NAMI NYS Board. I teach Family to Family classes, lead support groups, chair of the FaithNet committee and much more. It is an honor to be able to help others and touch lives.
Supporting NAMI and its impactful evidence based programs is very important to me. I believe that there is hope for everyone struggling with a mental health condition; that family is of utmost important and that NAMI’s programs can make a difference is so many lives.
